About Sankalp Inclusive Foundation & Sankalp Learning Center
Sankalp Learning Center operates as a program under the Sankalp Inclusive Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded with a heartfelt commitment to serving neurodiverse children and their families.
The Founders of Sankalp Inclusive Foundation, Mr. Hariharan V. Nochur and Mrs. Managalam Hariharan, have long shared a passion for creating inclusive, meaningful opportunities for children with special needs. Their vision emphasizes whole-person development—integrating academics, life skills, and vocational readiness to support long-term independence and dignity.
Inspired by this shared commitment, the Founders were deeply moved by the micropod concept and lived-experience–driven vision developed by Radhika Balasubramanian, and supported the establishment of Sankalp Learning Center as a parent-led educational initiative.

Sankalp Learning Center was created from Radhika Balasubramanian's deep personal commitment to neurodiverse children and their families.
Through years of lived experience, advocacy, and navigating educational systems, Radhika saw firsthand how many children struggle not because they cannot learn — but because their environments are not designed for how they learn.
Her motive is simple and heartfelt:
To create a space where children feel safe, understood, and supported — a true home away from home.
Sankalp Learning Center reflects that purpose. It is a small, parent-led micropod intentionally designed around the unique needs of neurodiverse learners. Here, emotional safety is foundational, individuality is respected, and progress is celebrated in meaningful steps.
Radhika believes that children should never be asked to shrink themselves to fit into rigid systems. Instead, learning environments should gently adapt to each child's pace, strengths, and way of experiencing the world.
Sankalp stands as an honest initiative — rooted in empathy, built with care, and guided by the belief that every child deserves to belong and to shine.
